As founder of Dreamcatcher Features, I’ve directed Amazon Prime shorts that captivated over 100,000 viewers, and that storytelling muscle now powers my work in UX: when I redesigned a community theater ticket flow, merchandise sales jumped 30%, proving that empathy and pacing drive seamless user experiences.
